You soon know when a book is a winner. Especially when your 5 year old “pink princess” sits with you looking through the book, and squealing with delight and telling you how much she adores something depicted on nearly every page. I can’t say as I blame her one bit.

“Fairy Parties;Recipes, Crafts, and Games for Enchanting Celebrations” by Colleen Mullaney (Chronicle Books 2010) is such a fun and enchanting book that shares so many wonderful ideas for creating the perfect  fairy party for the little princess in your life.

You’ll find ideas for how to make several varieties of fairy skirts, tutu’s, magical fairy wands, fairy dust, crowns and headbands, and more.

Recipes and game ideas are included throughout the book, as well as ideas for the type of music to play, and how to decorate a magical fairy world.

This book is sure to inspire you for the next children’s birthday party that you host, and will absolutely delight the little Fairy princesses in your life.

I highly recommend it.
