Baked Crunchy~liscious Pork Chops

4 pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)

1 egg

2 tablespoons milk

1 cup packaged corn bread stuffing mix/crushed fine

salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

Beat egg and milk together in a dish. Put the cornbread crumbs in a separate dish. Trim the pork chops of fat. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper. Dip into egg mixture then into crumb mixture making sure that both sides of the chops are coated. Place on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until pork is done.Turn pork over once during the cooking time.
